There are amazing, inspiring leaders across a broad range of disciplines in Japan, yet they remain largely inaccessible on the global stage. 

Japan’s ancient, sophisticated culture often lends itself to complicated business rituals that, for the uninitiated, can be confusing, obtuse, and even off-putting. 

Coupled with a lack of English-speaking leaders, Japan has fallen behind in the global race for markets and innovation stewardship.

As a result, much of the world still regards entering the world’s third-largest economy as prohibitively difficult for new or expanding businesses.

We want to build a thriving community of young Japanese global leaders from corporations, startups and other sectors in the society to help Japan becoming a leading force in the world again.
